Shipping & Delivery
USA SHIPPING : BearTshirts ships using the USPS , but occasionally will use FED EX or UPS for larger packages. You now have multiple choices of delivery speed/costs ( 1st class/priority/express etc ) to suit both your urgency & budget. Generally the processing & shipment usually takes 5-7 days , but if i need to re-stock a shirt please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. The price for shipping/handling within the United States is approximately $5.00 for 1 Shirt , but decreases for each extra shirt. 1 shirt $5.00 , 2 shirts $7.50 , 3 shirts $9.00 , 4 SHIRTS $10.00 , etc. I will keep you updated as to the status of order & shipping or any delays. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : We use also USPS for International deliveries [ as international FED EX & UPS are very expensive ] Rates are approx. $8.00 for 1 shirt , $12 for 2 & $14 for 3 etc. depending on the destination. The shipping/processing usually takes 7-10 days. To order from overseas , order normally through our site , We now have an international USPS postage rates , with choices of 1st class/priority/express etc To help the customer BearTshirts marks the shipment as a gift from us to you on the custom form & ship items in a plain package without any beartshirt labeling on the outside. This means you should not be charged any extra duty/taxes in your own country.

Privacy Notice : BearTshirts values its customers and respects their privacy.We collect customer information in an effort to improve our customer's shopping experiences and to communicate to our customers about our products, services, and promotions. We recognize that we must maintain and use customer information responsibly, therefore we do not sell , share or rent the information you provide us with to third parties [ anybody ] Security : We do not store credit card information , all credit card information is processed through Pay Pal [ which is a well known , secure & trusted payment transaction service ] If you do not have a Pay Pal account or do not want to join Pay Pal , you can still pay through their site by following the instructions.
Returns & Replacements
All items [ with the exception of jock straps ] can be exchanged/returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns/Exchanges will only be issued for a problem with the size or fault with the shirt, and only for the same style of shirt. There is no cash back or charge back returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shirts are Standard Sizes Hanes or Gildan name brand 100% cotton pre-shrunk, but may still shrink a little over time , [ especially if spun dry hot for a long time ] So order the size of shirt you are comfortable wearing now , or if you want more room you may want to go up a size when you order.
Ordering
To order an item , click on the item you want & add the qty to the QTY box. CLICK on "ADD TO CART" and then after you have checked your order your you can click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT", you will then be led thru a series of pages to confirm your order & complete shipping details & payment.. It helps if you have already created n account with beartshirts.com. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment Process: Question : What forms of payment does beartshirts accept? A : BearTshirts.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Bank cards etc payments online is via Pay Pal's secure server.You do not need to join pay pal to use it, and it's a very simple & safe way to send or receive money. If you are having trouble making a payment or would rather order BEAR T SHIRTS by phone, you can call during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST at 317 465-0122 or send me an email at bearbrett@yahoo.com. I can then send you a pay pal cash request by email for you to accept. I can accept either an Echeck or a regular check , but i will need to wait till the check clears before posting items.
Viewing Orders
To view Orders login to your account & click on "My Account" in the top control panel , this will give you info on recent orders and allow you to update your information.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information , login to your account "My Account" with your EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD that you used to register. If you have forgotten your password follow the instruction & a new password and/or your id will be sent to your email address. This Account Dashboard will allow you to update account information , address , newsletter & change password etc.
